Innovation & Enablement Consultant
Trevor is widely recognised throughout Australia and New Zealand for his knowledge and expertise in all areas of talent management. Skilled in senior management, Trevor previously held senior positions as CEO at Resources Solutions Australia, CEO at Robert Walters Tri-Star and Business Consultant at ICL.
Trevor is an entrepreneur and has grown a number of businesses in the Human Capital space including Australasian Talent Conference (ATC), Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS), Insidejob and Resourcing CRM.
Trevor also works with a number of startups and businesses at Director and Advisory levels. Trevor offers extensive cross-industry experience having consulted for clients including Fletcher Building, NZ Post, Air NZ, ASB Bank, BHP Billiton, Westpac and Origin Energy.
Chief Sales and Innovation Executive
Jonathan has over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry, including 15 years the CEO and leader of WillowIT Pty Ltd. Jon’s vision led him to establishing WillowIT as the first Australian Odoo (formerly OpenERP) partner in 2009. Odoo is now the global leader in the provision of open source ERP and business software solutions. The company quickly established itself, becoming Odoo Best Partner Asia/Pacific on two occasions.
As an author and founding partner of Nexus Business Software, Jonathan held the positions of Director and CTO for 12 years. At its peak, Nexus had over 1,000 active sites in Australia, Asia and Canada.
Previous technical management roles have been at the University of Melbourne, Melbourne Theatre Company and the Victorian Road Research Board.
Jonathan has proven expertise in business process design and experience in driving company growth. His strengths as a technical visionary have added value to the Group’s expansion plans.
People and Culture Manager
Sonia is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR, Consulting and Talent Acquisition. She has led both small and large teams within in house and consulting organisations with a key focus on strategic improvement, innovation and stakeholder management.
As both a Corporate professional and Consultant, she has worked with many of Australia and New Zealand’s leading organisations to design & implement contemporary Talent Solutions. These have included model design, implementation of outsourced, in sourced or hybrid recruitment models, the optimisation of existing functions, diagnostics, vendor management and several related talent acquisition consulting services. Sonia has led high profile and complex projects that have required significant organisational change.
Sonia joined PNORS in mid-2017 as the People and Culture Manager.
